Hello. Thank you for taking to time to PREPARE for Robb’s Assembly. EACH and Every request is important to the SUCCESS of the assembly and the IMPACT that it will have on your students.

SOME SCHOOLS wait till the day of the event to make sure everything is ready.

As you can imagine. This can be a nightmare and not serve your students well if you wait until the morning of the assembly hoping that you have all the needed equipment ready and in working order.

Here a few MUST NEEDED and NON-NEGOTIABLE pieces to the puzzle to make this assembly as SUCCESS. 

 

PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURE ABOVE. YOU SEE HOW ROBB USES THE SCREEN DURING HIS PRESENTATION. WE UNDERSTAND YOU MAY NOT HAVE AN AUDITORIUM, BUT YOU CAN SEE THAT EVEN IF YOU USE A GYMNASIUM THE SCREEN IS IMPORTANT FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE ASSEMBLY. 

 

1. PA System. Robb must be heard. If the audience cannot hear Robb speaking then what is the point. Right? Please check the PA system. Just consider if you were putting on a drama or play for the whole community to hear. How would you want it to sound?

2. Wireless Microphone. If the microphone has a cord on it that will limit Robb in his performance. If you do not have a wireless microphone Robb does carry a wireless microphone with him that will plug in to most PA Systems. However, your PA system must have the ability to plug a microphone into the PA system. PLEASE CHECK THIS. 

3. Video Projector & Screen. Robb uses a computer that will plug into your video projector to display his presentation, power point, videos etc. This is vital.

4. Audio. Robb will need to play AUDIO from his computer. It needs to be as loud or louder than the microphone. It is vital.
